In short

Brandx produces AI video in Kathmandu, Nepal: AI commercials, AI presenters and talking-head video, UGC-style advertisements, product and concept films, and cinematic generative scenes. Every piece is scripted and storyboarded before generation, then directed, filtered, brand-corrected and quality-controlled by people. You receive finished, approved videos rather than raw generations, and Brandx will tell you when a brief needs a camera instead.

The problem this solves

AI generation makes volume cheap and quality inconsistent. Anyone can produce fifty clips in a day; most will have distorted hands, garbled on-screen text, drifting brand colours or a product that does not match the one you actually sell. The value was never in generating. It is in writing the thing first, directing the generation, throwing most of it away, and correcting what survives — which is the part almost nobody does.

Who this is for

Businesses that need sustained content volume for social and paid advertising, and brands testing many creative angles before committing to a production budget. It is not a replacement for filming your real premises, your real product or your real team — and we will say so when that is what a brief actually needs.

Deliverables

  • Script and storyboard per piece, written before any generation begins
  • AI commercials and advertisement videos
  • AI presenter and talking-head video, including consistent recurring characters
  • UGC-style advertisement video for social placements
  • AI product and concept films
  • Cinematic generative scenes and atmosphere sequences
  • Motion graphics, compositing and clean-up over generated footage
  • Voice-over, sound design and captions
  • Frame-by-frame quality control against a written checklist
  • Brand colour and typography correction applied in post
  • Delivery in every aspect ratio the placements need
  • Written disclosure of what was AI-generated, for your records

Scene development, character and product consistency

Consistency is the hardest part of AI video and the part most often skipped. A character, a location or a product that changes between shots breaks the video as surely as a continuity error in a film. It is handled as a production step, not left to the model.

  • A reference sheet for every recurring character, fixed before generation
  • Locked prompts, seeds and reference images re-applied shot by shot
  • Products composited from real photographs where the exact item must be accurate, because current models cannot reliably reproduce a specific physical product
  • A continuity pass across the whole cut before anything goes to review

Voice, music and platform formatting

A generated clip is not a finished advertisement. Voice-over, sound design, music and captions carry much of the meaning, and each placement needs its own shape.

  • Voice-over in English or Nepali, human or synthetic, chosen for the brief and disclosed in the delivery notes
  • Licensed or supplied music only, never tracks of unknown origin
  • Captions on every piece, because most social video is watched muted
  • Separate cuts for vertical 9:16, square and 16:9, re-framed rather than cropped, with safe areas for each platform's interface

Rights, approvals and disclosure

AI video raises questions filmed production does not. They are settled in writing before production starts rather than discovered after publication.

  • No real person's likeness or voice is generated without their written consent
  • No generated footage presented as a real location, a real customer or a real result
  • Written disclosure to you of which elements were generated, for your own records and any platform labelling rules
  • Stock, music and model licences checked for commercial use before delivery
  • Final approval by your named approver before anything is published

When AI video is the right choice, and when it is not

The honest answer depends on what the video must prove to the viewer.

  • Choose AI video for volume, concept testing, atmosphere, and scenes that would be impractical or expensive to stage
  • Choose filmed production when the video must show your real product, premises, team or customers
  • Combine both when a campaign needs a real hero film plus many variations for testing — filmed footage anchors trust, and AI extends it

What we need from you

  • The objective, audience and placement for each video
  • Brand guidelines, logo files, colours and approved typography
  • Accurate product photographs from several angles, where a product appears
  • Approval of every script and storyboard before generation begins
  • Confirmation of any claims, offers or regulated statements the video makes
  • A named approver who can sign off within the agreed review window

How success is measured

  • Approval rate at first review, which shows the scripting worked
  • Hold rate and completion rate on the placements the video runs on
  • Cost per result on paid placements compared with previous creative
  • Number of usable creative variations produced for testing
  • Zero published pieces containing inaccurate product, text or brand errors

These are the indicators we report against. They are not guaranteed outcomes — no honest agency can promise a ranking position, a lead volume or a date.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Concept and script

Written and storyboarded first. Generating without a script produces footage nobody can cut together, which is the usual reason AI content projects overrun their budget and still deliver nothing usable.

    You receive

    Approved script and shot-by-shot storyboard

  2. 02

    Generate and select

Multiple generations per shot, then a hard selection pass against the storyboard. Most output is discarded — that is the process working, not failing. You never see the discards and you never pay per attempt.

    You receive

    Selected takes per shot

  3. 03

    Direct and correct

Brand colours, product accuracy, character consistency and generation artefacts fixed in post. On-screen text is replaced rather than generated, because current models still cannot be trusted with typography.

    You receive

    Corrected, brand-accurate cuts

  4. 04

    Finish and deliver

Voice-over, sound design, captions, aspect-ratio variants and a final quality-control pass by someone who did not do the edit.

    You receive

Delivered files per placement, plus the QC record

Tools and platforms

  • Current generative video and image models
  • Adobe After Effects for compositing and clean-up
  • DaVinci Resolve for edit, colour and delivery
  • Brand colour management in post
  • Written frame-by-frame quality-control checklist

Frequently asked questions

What is AI video production?
AI video production uses generative models to create footage that would otherwise need a camera, a location and a crew. In practice a usable piece is still written, storyboarded, directed, heavily filtered and corrected by people — the model produces raw material, not a finished advertisement. Brandx delivers the finished piece, not the raw generations.
How much does AI video production cost in Nepal?
AI video cost is driven by how many finished pieces you need, how many creative angles a campaign tests, whether a recurring character or presenter must stay consistent across the set, and how much correction, compositing and voice work each piece needs. Per finished piece it is usually well below filmed production at volume, but it is not free: most generations are discarded, and the directing, selection and quality control are where the cost sits. Current plans are published on the Plans and Pricing page.
When should we use AI video instead of filming?
Use AI video for volume, for concept and atmosphere, for testing many creative angles cheaply, and for scenarios that would be impractical or expensive to stage. Film it when the video must show your actual product, your actual premises or your actual team — a customer notices when the item they receive does not match the advertisement. Most brands need both, and we will tell you which half a given brief belongs in.
Will people be able to tell it is AI?
Sometimes, and that is not always a problem — but it is if the piece is meant to show something real. We are direct about which briefs suit generation and which need a camera. Using generated footage to imply a real location, a real customer or a real result you do not have is not something we will produce, at any budget.
Do we buy generation credits or finished videos?
Finished videos. The count in each tier is the number of completed, quality-controlled pieces delivered — not generation attempts. Most shots take several generations before one is usable, and that cost sits with us rather than with you.
Can you keep the same AI presenter across a whole campaign?
Yes. Character consistency is a deliberate production step rather than something the model does on its own — the character is defined in a reference sheet, locked, re-established in every generation, then corrected in post where it drifts. Consistency adds work, so it is scoped explicitly in the proposal rather than assumed.
Can AI video replace our product shoot?
Not for the product itself. Generated models cannot reliably reproduce a specific physical product, and customers notice when the item they receive differs from the advertisement. We use AI for concept, atmosphere and volume, and a camera for the product.
Is AI video cheaper than traditional video production?
Per finished piece, usually yes once you need more than a handful of videos, because there is no crew, location or shoot day. For a single hero film that must show a real product or place, filmed production is often the better value, because AI would need extensive compositing and correction to reach the same accuracy. Most cost-efficient campaigns use filmed footage for the pieces that must be real and AI video for volume and variation.
