Who we are

This website is operated by Brandx Advertising Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal with its office in Putalisadak, Kathmandu.

Prices and estimates on this site

Published plan prices are the fees we quote from, and are current at the time of publication. Estimates produced by the plan builder are indicative: they are generated from your own selections against our published rates, and are not an offer. A binding price is the one stated in a written proposal or invoice.

All fees are quoted excluding VAT. VAT at 13% is added on invoices to Nepal-registered clients. Where Nepali tax law requires the client to withhold TDS on service payments, the withheld amount is credited against the invoice on production of the deposit certificate.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is never included in a Brandx fee. It is paid by you directly to the advertising platform from an account in your name, and we report on it separately.

Intellectual property

The Brandx name, logo and site content belong to Brandx Advertising Pvt. Ltd. Work produced for a client transfers to that client on final payment, as set out in the Service Agreement.
