What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver work you have asked for.

• Contact details you submit through a form — name, email, phone, company, industry
• The content of your enquiry
• Marketing consent, recorded separately from your enquiry
• Analytics data, but only after you have allowed it
• For clients: the material needed to deliver the engagement, including account access you grant us

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share enquiry details with other clients or with advertisers. We do not load analytics or advertising tags before you have made a choice on the cookie banner, and choosing "essential only" is exactly as easy as accepting everything.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies keep the site and your cart working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising tags load only with your consent, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time from the Cookie Policy page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for seven years, which is what Nepali tax and company record-keeping requires. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Client materials and account access

Where you grant us access to advertising, analytics or CRM accounts, that access is used only to deliver the agreed work, is held by named individuals rather than shared logins, and is handed back or revoked at the end of the engagement. Files you supply are stored for the life of the engagement plus twelve months, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained for tax or legal reasons, in which case we will tell you which record and why.
