AI Content and Cloning Terms

Your rights to what you upload

By ordering you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, face, product, logo, voice, script, music file and video you upload, and that using them in the way you describe does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Cloning a face or voice

Brandx creates a digital version of a real person's face or voice only with that person's consent. If you are not the person being cloned, you must have their explicit, documented permission, and Brandx may ask to see it. Every cloning order is reviewed by a person at Brandx before work or payment, and Brandx may decline any request.

We do not clone public figures, politicians or celebrities without verifiable authorisation, and we do not create content intended to deceive people about who is speaking, to impersonate anyone, to harass, or to mislead voters, customers or regulators.

• The clone is used only for the purposes, platforms and countries stated in the order.
• Reuse in later orders needs the permission recorded in the order, or new consent.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the order page; work that depends on it stops.

Acceptable use

Brandx will not produce sexual content involving real people, content involving minors in any harmful way, hate or harassment, misleading health, financial or political claims, or anything unlawful in Nepal or the countries where it will run.

Translation and AI limitations

AI translation, voice and lip synchronisation are reviewed by people, but may still contain small errors in pronunciation, timing or wording, especially for names and local terms. We recommend a native-speaker check for regulated or high-stakes content; it can be requested in the order.

Source files, retention and deletion

Final files are delivered in the formats agreed in the order. Editable project files are supplied only where agreed and quoted. Face and voice source material is kept privately for the period chosen in the order — or 90 days after completion — and then destroyed. You can request deletion at any time; we confirm on your order page once files are destroyed. Payment records are kept as accounting law requires.
