The problem this solves

Outdoor advertising fails on material and installation far more often than on design. Flex that fades in one season, boards that lift in pre-monsoon wind, and vinyl applied to a damp surface are the usual causes — and all three are decided at specification, before anything is printed.

Who this is for

Businesses with a physical location or a defined catchment, and campaigns needing presence in specific areas of Kathmandu Valley or beyond.

Deliverables

  • Artwork prepared at correct scale with viewing-distance legibility checked
  • Material specification appropriate to the placement and season
  • Printing on calibrated equipment with a physical proof before the full run
  • Structure and installation coordination
  • Site survey where height or traffic access is involved

How we run it

  1. 01

    Specification

Size, material, finish, mounting and viewing distance decided before design is finalised. A hoarding read from forty metres needs different typography from one read from four.

    You receive

    Written specification and quotation

  2. 02

    Artwork

Prepared at scale with bleed, and proofed physically on the actual material.

    You receive

    Approved physical proof

  3. 03

    Production

Printed and finished, with colour checked against the approved proof.

    You receive

    Finished print ready for installation

  4. 04

    Install

Installation coordinated, including access, permissions and traffic management.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no price on this page?
Because print cost depends on quantity, dimensions, material, GSM, finish, installation and delivery, and a published figure would be wrong for almost every real job. Tell us the specification and you receive an itemised quotation, with each of those elements priced separately.
Do you handle permits and site rent?
We coordinate installation, but site rent paid to a landlord or municipality and any advertisement tax are separate costs paid by you. We state them in the quotation so they are not a surprise after installation.
How long does outdoor material last in Kathmandu?
It depends on the substrate and the placement. Standard flex in direct sun and monsoon exposure typically shows fading within a season or two; laminated or higher-grade material lasts considerably longer at a higher unit cost. We specify against how long you need it to last rather than defaulting to the cheapest option.
