The problem this solves

Most business podcasts stop before episode ten. The reason is almost never audience — it is that the production burden was underestimated, and each episode became a week of work for someone whose actual job was something else.

Who this is for

Businesses with genuine expertise and access to guests worth hearing — professional services, education, technology, finance. It is a poor fit for a business with nothing specific to say, where the effort will not survive contact with a busy month.

Deliverables

  • Recording in studio or on location, multi-microphone
  • Editing: noise removal, levelling, pacing, filler removal
  • Intro and outro with music, produced once and reused
  • Publishing to major platforms with descriptions and chapters
  • Short vertical clips cut from each episode for social
  • Transcript for accessibility and search

How we run it

  1. 01

    Format

Length, cadence and structure decided against what you can genuinely sustain. A fortnightly show that survives is worth more than a weekly one that stops.

    You receive

    Format document and publishing schedule

  2. 02

    Record

Multi-microphone capture with backup recording, because a lost track is unrecoverable.

    You receive

    Raw multi-track audio and video

  3. 03

    Edit

Noise, levels, pacing and filler removed. The aim is that listeners notice nothing.

    You receive

    Edited master

  4. 04

    Publish and cut

Distributed to platforms, with vertical clips produced for social distribution.

    You receive

    Published episode plus clip set

Frequently asked questions

How often should we publish?
Fortnightly is the cadence most Nepali businesses actually sustain. Weekly sounds ambitious in the planning meeting and is the most common reason a show stops by episode eight. We would rather set a rhythm you keep.
Do we need video?
Not for the podcast itself, but video makes the clips far more useful, and clips are how most new listeners find a show. If budget is tight, audio-only with well-produced audiogram clips is a reasonable compromise.
